Under W.H.I.P.'s constitution, all WHIP members have the right to vote and attend all meetings, including Board meetings. Often, though not always, we hold board meetings in connection with a social.

At the September W.H.I.P. meeting, the members elect new members of the W.H.I.P. board. The new board members begin their terms immediately after that meeting.

Nonmembers cannot vote at W.H.I.P. meetings, but they are welcome to attend. Often, it is a good way to learn more about W.H.I.P. Moreover, based on their experience with other organizations, they may have suggestions that W.H.I.P. members would want to consider.
